How It Works

If you can drag and drop files, then using the PPTshare Desktop Slide Library will be a no-brainer.  Here are a few key features to give you an idea of it works.


Sharing a presentation

Choose the file you wish to share from your PPT File Library
Click “share” show red icon
Input your name and title of your presentation
Click upload
The presentation and videos will be posted, for easy download
Trial user shares expire in 30 days
Subscriber shares expire in 90 days
Adding a PowerPoint file to your library

Drag and drop your file over the “Import” window on the task bar
It will populate and then you will see all of the slides, to the left, in the large Slide Viewer window

Storing and Accessing old PowerPoint files

Any file you add will automatically be accessible in the PowerPoint File Library
Left click on a file to view it in the large Slide Viewer Window
Right click on a file to open and edit in PowerPoint
Making a video slide in PowerPoint is easier than ever before

Drag and your video file over the “Import” window on the task bar
It will create a new PowerPoint slide, with the video already set to run full-screen

 

Storing and accessing old video files

All of your videos will be stored in a PowerPoint file called, Video.ppt
Each video will function as a separate slide, playing full screen
Creating a new SlideShow

Open a PowerPoint and choose a slide
Drag and drop that slide into the SlideShow View
Repeat the process until you have all the slides you want for your SlideShow
To add video, open the Video.ppt, select the video you want for your SlideShow and drag and drop it into place
