They can also add links to create navigation throughout the presentation, add commands and effects so files "act” a certain way, and add speaker notes to help presenters.

Use the PPTshare Enterprise Slide Manager for presenting & tracking
The Slide Manager lets individual users pick from 100's of slides that include a significant amount of video, animation, image, HTML, PDF and PowerPoint files. Users can search and sort through the SLibrary, preview slides and then select they ones they want to create a new slide show. They can also add their own PowerPoint and video files to the master SLibrary.
The Slide Manager automatically tracks each presentation, documenting to the second, which slides were presented. Users can also take notes during the meeting, such as client requests or comments, that can then be reviewed in a Session Log. It's where sales presentation meets CRM.

Synch to get updated presentation content
When the administrator is satisfied with the slides and therefore, decides they are “ready” for the team, s/he posts them to a central server, for everyone else to synch up to their local Slide Manager.

Synch to view meeting logs
When individual users synch-up their presentation, their Session Logs will be sent back to the main repository, where administrators can view the presentation records – documenting who showed which slides to which prospects, when and for how long. It’s where sales presentation meets compliance.
